These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and TechVinta, a software development company registered in India operating at https://techvinta.com. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
You may access the Website for lawful purposes, including reviewing our services, reading blog content, and submitting enquiries. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the Website for personal or internal business evaluation.

Delays caused by late provision of requirements or access may result in adjusted timelines and additional charges.
Changes to agreed scope must be submitted in writing. We will assess timeline and budget impact and provide a revised estimate before proceeding.
Estimates provided through the Website are non-binding. Final pricing is established in the Project Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

All website content — text, graphics, logos, images, blog articles, and code samples — is our property or that of our licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.
Upon full payment, we assign to you all IP rights in custom Deliverables, except:
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, we may use your company name, project screenshots, and a brief description for our portfolio and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to treat all non-public business, technical, and financial information as confidential. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except to employees or advisors under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination for 3 years. A mutual NDA is available upon request.
We warrant that Services will be performed professionally, consistent with industry standards. Material defects attributable to our work will be remedied at no cost within 30 days of notice, provided notice is given within 60 days of delivery.
The Website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing excludes liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechVinta, its directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Website, or third-party IP infringement claims related to materials you provided.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Website. We may suspend access at any time for violations. Service engagement termination is governed by the applicable Project Agreement; generally, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice, subject to payment for completed work.
Sections on IP, Confidentiality, Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and accrued payments survive termination.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, power outages, or internet failures. The affected party must provide prompt notice and use reasonable efforts to mitigate impact.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in New Delhi, India. Either party may seek injunctive relief in the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh for IP or confidentiality matters.
